Brenda Song, who you know from her roles in “The Suite Life of Zack and Cody,” “Suite Life on Deck,” “Stuck in the Suburbs” and “Wendy Wu: Homecoming Warrior” (among other things), is set to appear in a new film about the founders of Facebook, entitled “The Social Network,” this according to The Playlist. She will star alongside such stars as Justin Timberlake, Jesse Eisenberg and Andrew Garfield.

Not many details have been released yet, but filming began on Monday in Cambridge, MA, and the film is rumored to have a budget of about $40 million. The premise sounds really interesting, and the cast is solid, so let’s just hope that the filmmakers do a good job and that this movie isn’t as boring as most of your Facebook status updates (you know who you are, and no, I don’t want to join you in Mafia Wars).
